A very good way of getting a fast response is the XML4C discussion forum on AlphaWorks. If you have an issue that you need to discuss, please post your question on the forum, and someone from the XML4C development team (inside IBM) or the XML4C developer/user community
(outside IBM) will answer that question. The list is monitored very closely by the XML4C development team and the response is usually within 24 hours.
For all questions or comments not already on the Alphaworks Forum, write to xml4c@us.ibm.com.In your Email write about the following:
- What C++ compiler are you using.
- What platform are you using XML4C on (specific version numbers)
- What version of XML4C do you have
- What your environment settings are.
