Accessible HTML

For various reasons, people cannot always view a web page as the page's author had hoped (eg, "Best viewed with..."). Whether they're viewing the web with limited hardware (eg, a black and white monitor), limited software (eg, lynx), or limited ability (eg, blindness), if the information you're publishing is important or useful to everyone, you should present it in a way accessible by everyone. The following sites discuss such design strategies.
