  • Desktop/Laptop/Mobile Device Support
    Primary support person for micro computer & networking related need in the department. Platform includes Windows/Mac/Linux computers and mobile devices.
  • Printing Support and Administration
    Implemented/managed/maintained central print server for CS department to control department printing resources.
  • System  Resource Monitoring and Accounting
    Implemented, maintained, monitor Nagios system , analyze usage of services running in the department to ensure continuous uptime and accountability of department resource utilization and environtment
  • Cloud Accessible Storage Support and Administration
    Implemented/managed/maintain a centrally accessible storage system using WebDAV protocol to enable access of end user data distributed across different Computer Science systems securely from any device anywhere.
  • Windows OS Remote Desktop
    Implemented/managed/maintain Windows Remote Desktop server to provide Cloud based access to Windows OS to CS Students/Faculty.
  • Linux OS Remote Desktop
    Deployed and manage X2Go system to enable access to a full graphical interface of a Linux system remotely, as if you are sitting in front of your computer.
  • SpeedTest
    Maintain and implemented software for to help end users analyze networking speed and issues related to their networking problems.
  • Conference Rooms Podium.
    Created and maintain Podium control system for conference room to simplify control of multimedia equipment, projection systems, TVs and telephones in the room as well as providing ability for multiple users to simultaneously and wirelessly project via AirPlay technology.

    Manage Computer Science DreamSpark Premium that makes available a significant collection of Microsoft development software for Academic purposes at no charge to their CS faculty, staff, and declared CS majors only.
